About Solvora

What Solvora is

Solvora is free tech support for regular people in Sweden. You write what is happening in Swedish or English, by chat, with a photo of the screen if you like, and you get one step at a time in plain words. When the AI is stuck, a person who knows that area picks it up.

How it works

1. 1Describe the problem, or send a picture of your screen.
2. 2You get one concrete step to try, with a source.
3. 3If it stays stuck, you get a person who knows that exact area.

Who is behind it

Solvora is built by a small team in Sweden who kept being the person the family called about the printer. Write to us at hej@solvora.se and you reach a human.
